How I work: I come to you with my portable studio equipment and the portrait session takes place at your home (or the outdoor location of your choice) where everyone is most comfortable and relaxed. Sessions usually last about 2 hours. Before I photograph we will talk about exactly what you would like me to capture. Sessions might include portraits of your newborn for a birth announcement, you and your baby together, your children playing outside, the whole family, maternity portraits before the baby is born or any combination of these. I photograph with a professional digital outfit, which puts no limit on the number of photographs I take and also allows all photographs to be made both colour and/or black and white. I also shoot medium format film upon request.
What you get: After the session I edit and retouch all the photographs and deliver the high-resolution files to you on a disk. These are yours to keep and to print from for personal use. I can also post an image gallery to a private link on my website so you can share these photos with friends and family. If you have requested film you will also receive the printed contact sheets.
Cost: Each session is £295 and includes the disk with the edited high-resolution images. If you would like me to use medium format film this is an additional cost. I also provide printing services and prices are available upon request. I am more than happy to travel outside of London for a shoot. If the location of the shoot is outside Greater London, travel costs will apply. If the weather is horrible or your child is unwell on the day of our shoot, I am happy to try and reschedule within reason.
